Running Form


I will keep it simple and effective. I'll teach you how to pass the 3 x 3 criteria for safer running form. I will include basic drills and cues that can be used to pass the 3 x 3.

Corrective Drills


Sometimes we have to break up the components of running and work on them in isolation. I will show you some basic drills that can translate into safer running form.
